To be or not to be…your best in English

This short course focuses on core skills required by non-native English speakers for successful interaction in English in CUED and beyond, including how to overcome listening difficulties, how to understand and use native-speaker norms, register and word choice in formal and informal interchanges, how to develop/consolidate your English language personality/way of thinking in relation to your first/other languages, and, as a result, how to communicate comfortably and express ideas confidently and effectively in English.

The course offers practical tips and strategies as well as personalised advice on to how to excel.
